ISIDAÇ 40 is a Calcium Aluminate Cement designed by PCM Formulary for more than 20 years and produced in accordance with TS EN 14647 standard. It is preferred in both domestic and international markets with its superior resistance to high temperatures, unique strength character, high wear resistance and sulfate resistance.

Refractory

Refro family is our calcium aluminate cement that provides high stability and performance, which we developed for refractory applications in line with our 20 years of technical expertise and the feedback of our partners around the world. Thanks to its special structure, it has many advantages and when used with suitable aggregates, it meets the expectations of refractor manufacturers and is preferred as the main binder in refractory applications and fireplace chimney linings in areas such as the glass industry and iron and steel industry, which resist high temperatures.

Construction chemicals

Recipro product family was specially designed by PCM Formulary to meet the requirements of construction chemicals. Calcium aluminate cements are used in many areas such as concrete, repair, cement-based waterproofing products and adhesives in the construction chemical industry. The reason for this preference is the high early and final strength of calcium aluminate cement and its rapid setting.

Aggregate

Rego PCM is an aggregate product obtained with calcium aluminate clinker developed by Formula House. The main feature of Rego is that recipes can be optimized to achieve perfect grain size distribution and can offer custom grain size distribution options. Rego provides maximum performance when used together with PCM Aluminate Family products.

Iron and Steel

Duro is a calcium aluminate flux product specially developed for high quality steel production.

DURO performs desulfurization in a limited time interval and offers not only excellent chemistry with optimum oxide composition, but also maximum reactive phase capability. Thanks to its special physical and chemical structure, Duro provides efficient refining in secondary metallurgy and tundishes, which are continuous casting processes.
